LARGO PHILOSOPHY

From the time it was founded in 1989, Largo has attempted to conduct its business in accordance with certain core principles. The most important of these principles begins with the manner in which we, as a company and as numerous individuals acting as the representatives of that company, treat those with whom we interact. To some degree, this most important principle is unsaid, as what we do is more important than what we say we will do.

Although what goes unsaid may be most important, it is nevertheless important to state what our principles are, particularly when we see how easy it is for people throughout the world to treat others in a less than ideal manner. Largo and all those who work for it commit to working with integrity. This means attempting to safely provide the best quality product possible to our clients; treating those we work with politely, professionally and fairly; and promoting the principles of compassion, equality and inclusivity. Largo commits to doing everything it can on a daily basis to perform in this manner, and when it falls short of doing so, to make improvements. With its employees, Largo strives to provide a supportive work environment where people can reach their fullest potential.

While the work that Largo performs may be a small piece of what makes the world turn, Largo strongly believes that it should make every effort possible to make the world a better place. To accomplish this, Largo commits to condemning injustice and discrimination and to treating others in a way that makes them feel empowered and included. Largo asks this of each of its employees, as well as of all companies and individuals for whom it works and who work for Largo.
