IBC Bank

The Block 51, IBC Bank Building in Austin, Texas is a high-rise structure completed with general contractor JE Dunn. The concrete framed building is over 400,000 gsf and features six levels of commercial space above seven levels of parking, with retail on the ground floor. Completed in late 2014, this was the first commercial tower to be built in downtown Austin for ten years, with nearly 200,000 sf of office space.

The curved façade on West Fifth Street distinguishes the building in one of the most coveted areas of town directly across from Republic Square Park and a couple blocks away from the Federal Courthouse and City Hall. Largo poured over 16,000 cubic yards of concrete over seven months.
