On the south side of the University of Nevada, Reno campus, Largo worked with Plenium Builders on the HERE student housing development. The 182 unit facility is located between 9th Street and Evans Avenue on the north side of Interstate 80. The cast-in-place portion of the project is a four level parking podium, one of which is below grade, with five levels of wood frame above. Parking levels hold a total of 288 stalls and the podium level features the yoga and fitness rooms, study areas and a recreation outdoor space. The project by Developer CA Ventures, architect Edwin R. Kimsey, JR. and DCI structural engineers opened for business for the Fall 2022 semester.
