KAKTUS LIFE
Largo worked on the Kaktus Life residential development off Buffalo Drive and I-215 in Las Vegas, NV. This one level below grade parking podium is a total of 320,000 gross square feet with wood frame above for 183 residential units. Over the course of six months Largo poured a total of 15,492 cubic yards with general contractor Martin Harris, EV&A Architects, and Wright Structural Engineers.
