Alloy Santa Fe Tops Out

Largo is ready to top out at the Alloy Santa Fe development in Los Angeles this September. Located on the west end of the 4th Street Bridge, Alloy is the first high-rise structure in LA’s Historic Arts District on the west side of the LA River.

The development features a seven level commercial building and a 36 level residential tower above six levels of parking, three of which are below grade. Parking levels hold a total of 748 stalls for the 105,000sf of creative office space, 475 residential units, and retail space at street level. A 25 foot wide radius vehicular ramp connects the parking levels with shotcrete walls on three levels. The tower rises at a 45 degree angle from the podium deck, creating an architectural statement from the rest of the building. Overall, Largo placed over 70,00 cubic yards on site with owner/builder Carmel Partners, Solomon Cordwell Buenz architects and Englekirk structural engineers on this iconic project.
