Architectural Concrete
While most of Largo’s work is covered up by tile, veneer or paint, Largo has the ability to create the same concrete elements with an architectural finish which remains exposed. Before the advent of plywood, most concrete walls took on the texture of the board or shiplap forms they were cast in. These days designers use this process to create unique architectural features out of concrete. Although Largo’s ‘as-cast’ methods render impressive results, its point-and-patch finish also leaves a presentable look.
